Return Policy for Research Reagents
Due to the highly sensitive nature of biochemical compounds, Biotech Peptides does not accept returns for any reason once a product has left our climate-controlled chain of custody. This policy is in place to protect our global client base; by refusing returns, we guarantee that no laboratory ever receives a product that has been potentially mishandled or contaminated by a third party. All sales are final once the shipment is dispatched.
Analytical Discrepancy Resolution
In the event that an independent, third-party laboratory analysis (HPLC-MS) contradicts the Biotech Peptides Certificate of Analysis (COA), we will initiate an immediate quality audit.
- The buyer must submit a copy of the independent lab report within 30 days of purchase.
- The report must include the chromatogram and mass spectrum data.
- If the discrepancy is verified, Biotech Peptides will issue a 100% refund or a full replacement of the affected batch at no cost to the institution.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If vials arrive with compromised seals or physical glass damage, please notify our support team at sales@biotechpeptidesusa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the unopened, damaged packaging. Verified transit damage is covered by our replacement guarantee.
